Next - make a booking:
If your chosen dates are available and you want to make a booking we will send you by email): A booking form and a rental contract plus details of how to pay (Paypal, cheque or internet bank transfer). At this stage we will hold your booking for 24 hours
You will then need to complete the booking form, sign and date the contract, and pay the deposit (25%). These are returned to us via email as we accept electronic signatures on both documents.
Payment can be made online by credit/debit card via Paypal (see the link at the bottom of this page), by internet bank transfer, or by cheque made out to the owner, Marcella Pergande.
Once the deposit is received (this is non-refundable, so you are advised to arrange and take out your own holiday insurance with the company of your choice at the time of your booking) we will confirm your booking by email and send you a statement of account showing the latest date for payment of your final balance (no later than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday).
If your booking is made less than ten weeks before the start date of your holiday then the full amount will become immediately payable, including a £150 per week refundable security deposit.
Paying the final balance:
The final balance along with your security deposit (£150 per week) must be paid by the due date (at least ten weeks before the start of your holiday). Payment can be made by credit or debit card online via Paypal (see the link at the bottom of this page), by internet bank transfer or by a personal cheque made out to the owner, Marcella Pergande.
Once we have received your final payment we will email to confirm receipt, and provide you with information on how to obtain the keys to the house when you arrive.
At this stage the total amount paid (less the security deposit) is not normally refundable unless we are able to re-let the property - so again you are advised to obtain holiday insurance. Full details can be found in our contract.
Refund of the security deposit:
Providing the property has been left in good order with no damage your security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days via internet bank transfer.
